Each city in San Mateo County should have a staff person assigned to bicycle and pedestrian issues, a bicycle plan and a pedestrian plan. Each city has upcoming and ongoing projects which will have a significant impact on bicyclists and pedestrians. In addition each city should have a BPAC for citizen involvement in bicycle and pedestrians issues. Finding information on these items on city websites can be difficult. To make this easier, Bike San Mateo County has developed for each city an information page providing links to bike and pedestrians plans, city contact information, BPAC information and a listing of current projects with a significant impact on bicyclists and pedestrians.
